MALINDI KINDRACHUK is a Canadian filmmaker of Filipino and Ukrainian descent, based in Montreal, QC. She holds an MA in Screenwriting from The London Film School and works across English- and French-language narrative film.

Her short films have screened at BIFA and Canadian Screen Award-qualifying festivals, with her narrative short Absolved premiering at the Fantasia International Film Festival in 2025. Her work has received support from the Canada Council for the Arts and Reelworld, where she was selected for the Emerging 20 screenwriting program with her feature film BLOODSTREAMS.

Malindi is currently developing her debut feature film alongside her short-form work in Quebec. Her films explore intimacy, identity, and the absurdity and beauty of human relationships.
